The Individual
At Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, content isn’t just about promotion, it’s about people, communities and wellbeing.
As a Content Creator, you will be someone who understands the power of a good story and knows how to tell it in a way that feels authentic, inclusive and engaging.
An excellent communicator, you will feel just as confident speaking face-to-face with colleagues and customers as you do capturing stories on location or responding thoughtfully to customer feedback across our social media channels. You will know how to listen, adapt your approach, and communicate with empathy, clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
You will also have a flair for creating engaging internal communications that help colleagues feel informed, connected and inspired. Whether writing staff updates, leadership messages, campaign briefings or celebrating team achievements, you will be able to translate information into clear, engaging and accessible content that reflects our culture and values. You will understand the importance of keeping colleagues connected to our vision and will recognise the role great internal communication plays in building an engaged, informed and motivated workforce.
Naturally curious about people, you will spot opportunities and turn everyday moments into meaningful content. The role involves working across a wide range of products, services, audiences and locations, adapting tone and style to suit everyone from young families and older adults to colleagues and stakeholders.
Creative and forward-thinking, you will help us embrace emerging trends across social media and digital platforms, perhaps even bringing a little TikTok magic along the way. At the same time, strong organisational skills will allow you to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities without losing sight of the details. Pride is taken in producing content that looks professional, feels human, and truly reflects the vision and core values of Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, you will build strong relationships across the organisation and translate ideas and objectives into clear, compelling communications for both internal and external audiences. You will understand how to tailor messages for different audiences, ensuring colleagues, customers and stakeholders all receive information that is relevant, engaging and easy to understand.
Above all, you will care about making a difference, using your skills to support healthier, happier and more connected communities across Fife.
