We are looking for a creative and energetic individual, with experience of working with vulnerable children and young people in a variety of settings. You will be responsible for working as part of a busy team providing holistic, person-centred support to Young Carers living within Fife.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver one-to-one support to improve the wellbeing of Young Carers.
· Facilitating group and respite support.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
· Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
