Assistant Area Land Agent

The role supports Land Agents in managing the let estate, handling agreements and tenant relationships, and help to unlock value from non-forested land. The role negotiates licences, wayleaves, servitudes and small sales, maintain accurate agreement data, and help drive acquisitions, disposals, boundary changes and compensation claims. The job also involves resolving disputes, managing liabilities, overseeing external contractors, promoting safe working practices, and working with support staff to keep operations running smoothly.

The commercial development teams work closely with colleagues across FLS. Our team of specialists deliver property advice and land agency services that support the whole business.

To be successful in this role you will have Experience of rural surveying or land agency with a practical understanding of Scots Law
