Foresters x 4 (FLS)

We are recruiting 3 Harvesting Foresters and 1 Forest Management Forester across our West Region.

The Harvesting Foresters support the planning and delivery of tree felling operations ensuring sites and programmes are manged and delivered to the required standards. We deliver these programmes through either direct FLS harvesting teams or direct contracts to sell timber at roadside or through our standing sales options with respective contract preparation and management.

The Forest Management and Stewardship Foresters deliver our varied and exciting establishment and associated maintenance programmes whilst also contributing to the more general stewardship and maintenance of respective Beat areas. The role also supports delivery of the maintenance of recreational trails and facilities as well as delivery of environmental projects such as Scotland's Rainforest.
