The Head of Harvesting support provides strategic oversight and technical support to Regional Delivery teams. The post holder will ensure that relevant service contracts are in place and ensure harvesting activities meet the requirements of FSC and PEFC certification whilst providing advice and support to staff regarding service contracts, timber sales contracts and timber harvesting operations.
The FLS National Marketing and Sales Team is dedicated to supporting the harvesting, marketing and sales of circa 3 million cubic metres of timber harvested and sold annually.
