The Role
What you will do
You will provide effective customer service and administration functions for GTC Scotland.
What you will need to be successful
- You have experience of working in a customer contact, secretarial or administrative role where you had effective interactions with colleagues and customers or service users.
- You have effective administrative skills.
- You have great communication skills, good quality written skills and are committed to team working.
- You have qualifications at Higher level (SCQF level 6) including English, or equivalent vocational or work-based training.
- You hold a relevant customer service, secretarial or business administration qualification or equivalent vocational or work-based training.

Working Hours / Pattern
We see this role being based on full time working hours of 35 hours per week, however we would still like to hear from you if you are interested in the role but have alternative needs in relation to working hours or pattern.
