GTC Scotland is recruiting for a Head of Design and Delivery. This is a new post and is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s current and future improvement programmes.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, designing, monitoring and embedding of GTC Scotland’s design and delivery programme and ensuring appropriate controls. The programme involves a wide range of projects led by individuals across GTC Scotland as well as involving external partners.

You will have experience of successfully leading complex and dynamic cross-organisational projects within a change environment. An excellent communicator and influencer, you will have the ability to inspire and motivate others and build relationships with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential, as are excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly and innovatively.
