Applicants should be Chartered Surveyors (F/MRICS) with experience in the valuation of residential and/or commercial property and those with sufficient experience will be offered a salary within the higher range quoted above.

The successful applicant will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Grampian this is normally undertaken by use of a car. Annual leave may be restricted during certain times of the year such as election and revaluation periods. You may be required to work additional hours during busy periods, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Our staff are currently working on a hybrid office/home working basis.
