Facility Manager

Responsible for development and the day to day management of the sports centre and facilities with a focus on a high level of service and customer care to the associated sports clubs and public, ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.

As a charity-led facility, your role is pivotal in balancing commercial success with our mission to support local sports clubs, encourage participation, and empower individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices, improving wellbeing and strengthening social cohesion across our community.

You will report directly to the Board of Trustees of Hallhill Limited, providing regular updates on facility usage, financial performance, and community impact.
