We are looking for a team player to join our Finance Team here at Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd. This is a diverse and busy team, which covers all aspects of financial transactions for our 11 airports and the various departments within Head Office.

A background in finance and accounting in particular purchase ledger is essential as this role requires a strong understanding of ledger postings and general reconciliations along with a basic knowledge of accounting. You will need to have good communication skills, be extremely organised and able to work within a diverse team of professionals. The ability to work to strict deadlines, whilst achieving a high level of accuracy is also essential. As you’ll be working unsupervised at times, you must be able to prioritise workload, be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

It’s important that you have a flexible approach and attitude to your work and a strong commitment to customer service. You’ll be a key player within a small team working hard to ensure a top-quality service is provided.

The base location for the role is Head Office.

Our hybrid working system may also allow staff to have the ability to work from home and from an office base. Hybrid Workers are required to attend their base location on a regular basis to attend meetings and undertake any tasks that require their attendance in the office
