As HR Advisor, you’ll be joining a friendly and supportive HR team working across the full range of employee life-cycle activities. You will be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing clear, pragmatic advice on people matters, policy, and terms and conditions of service. You will provide guidance and coaching to managers, supporting them to make informed and effective people management decisions. Alongside this, you’ll work on a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
With demonstrable knowledge and awareness of current employment law and best HR practise, you will also have CIPD membership, ideally at Graduate level. We’ll provide you with the training and knowledge to develop your skills working in the public sector and alongside trade unions.
Whilst the base for the role is Head Office (Inverness Airport) we have a flexible approach to working which includes hybrid working and can therefore consider applicants based within travelling distance of any one of our 11 airports.
In return for your professionalism and commitment we offer an excellent pay and allowance package, generous annual leave entitlement, company pension and employee assistance programme. We are supportive of our employees’ ongoing learning and development and offer a variety of training opportunities. We enrol all new recruits to supervisory and managerial roles on a development programme which includes the opportunity to undertake a modern or graduate apprenticeship in management.
