Post: Operations Manager – HI-Bike Mobility Hubs
Location: Inverness
Salary: £35,275 - £36,826
Contract: Fixed term (24 months) with expectation of extension to permanent role
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week
The post-holder will be responsible for the day to day operations of the HI-Bike public eBike system. The HI Bike ebike system is currently available in Inverness and Fort William but will be extended to other parts of the region in the coming years.
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of HI Bike operations and project managing its expansion to new dock / mobility hub locations.
The Post Holder will be responsible for HI Bike maintenance and workshop operations and will line manage two eBike Technicians based at the Railway Cottage Workshop.
The post holder will manage the HI Bike Information Technology contract.
The post holder is responsible for coordinating the launch of eCargo Bike operations at mobility hubs and investigating the feasibility of utilizing HI Bike software to make bikes available to book online, through the HI Bike app and through the GO-HI app across the region.
The post-holder will be based in Inverness.
