About the Role

To help us achieve this, we’re looking to appoint a Business Change Officer to support the delivery of business change activities which contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, the postholder builds effective relationships to develop new business change ideas and drive approved change through to successful completion.

About You

You will have:

  • Experience of identifying, developing and supporting business change with measurable benefits and outcomes.
  • Experience of gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements to inform solutions.
  • Experience of supporting colleagues through the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems or ways of working.
  • Experience of managing competing priorities and delivering work to agreed timescales.
  • Experience of engaging with colleagues at all levels to build strong relationships and deliver effective outcomes.
