The Role

To help us achieve our ambitions, we’re looking to appoint a Digital, Data and Technology Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of our digital and data services and help shape the future of technology at Hillcrest.

You’ll work with the Head of Innovation and Improvement to review the current team structure and implement solutions that strengthen our ability to deliver digital transformation, harness the power of data, and ensure our systems and people are equipped to meet the evolving expectations of staff and tenants. At the same time, you’ll lead the delivery of our new DDT Strategy, which sets out a clear vision and roadmap to build on these foundations and position digital, data and technology at the forefront of innovation and improvement across the organisation.

About You

  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record of delivering digital and data transformation in complex environments.
  • An inspiring leader with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced in managing IT operations, data governance, cybersecurity, and supplier relationships.
  • Passionate about using technology and data to improve services and outcomes for people.
