With a robust support network and wide range of integrated services, we offer young people opportunities and encourage them to believe in themselves, feel a sense of belonging, and realise their own self-worth.

What is the Job Function?

As a Mechanic Youth Trainer, based at Kibble’s Skills Academy in Hillington, you will take the lead in supporting young people to gain experience and knowledge in Mechanics. • To provide and supervise a valeting service.
  • Assisting with insurance claims and vehicle estimates.
  • Liaising with external customers.
  • To provide instruction in Mechanics.
  • To maintain and promote positive work ethics and standards amongst young people.
