The Role

As our People Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead and support complex employee relations cases, providing fair, pragmatic advice rooted in best practice and UK employment legislation.
  • Shape and deliver people projects and initiatives, from policy reviews and continuous improvement to organisational change and TUPE.
  • Work closely with our Learning & Development Partner on talent, succession and strategic workforce planning.

You will also interpret people data and KPIs to identify trends, shape interventions and help our leaders make confident, evidence-based decisions about their teams.

Why join Kingdom Group?
