About Us

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Our maintenance team carries out repairs and maintenance to our properties and offices.

About You

You should be an experienced skilled labourer ideally with existing skills related to general builders work which may include some or all of slabbing, brickwork, roughcasting, roofing and similar skills. Alternatively you should have other suitable skills and a willingness to widen your skills base to cover general builders work. Several years experience in a property maintenance environment is also desirable.

You must also be able to demonstrate a flexible approach as you will be required to work overtime dependant on work load.

Whilst our Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will work at any of our properties or staff bases throughout East Central Scotland.

A van, some tools and equipment will be provided. Because a van is provided, a current and valid driving licence is essential.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
