This post will be based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.

A new and exciting position of Group Financial Accountant has arisen within Link Group’s Finance Department.
The post holder will take a senior leading role in Financial Accounting across the group ensuring consistency in the production of financial statutory accounts and coordinate the audit process. The role will provide the postholder with the opportunity to gain broad experience in a diverse and growing organisation.
Responsibility for the production of the Link Group financial accounts and the management of the Group Fixed Asset team are key requirements of this role.
About You
As a qualified Accountant with a recognised accounting body or studying towards this, the Group Financial Accountant will have proven experience in a financial or management accounting role as well as statutory financial reporting and audit.
You will have a firm understanding of key accounting concepts and reporting requirements and the ability to present financial information to a varied audience.
This role requires experience of building successful relationships with people at all levels and with non-finance business partners. Advanced level of IT skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems (Excel, Word) and web enabled IT tools and software is an essential requirement for this role.
