We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the team based at Breadalbane Community Campus. You will lead and direct a small team of leisure staff to ensure that the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and customer service are delivered.
The venue has a 20m Pool, Fitness Suite, 6 Court Sports Halls and Gymnasium, the role is diverse, challenging and will require a degree of flexibility to work evening and weekends as required.
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential. A Scottish Swimming Teacher Qualification (or equivalent) is also essential - or to be obtained within 6 months of appointment . A Gym Instructor Level 2 is essential - or to be obtained within 12 months of appointment. Training opportunities to gain a RLSS NPLQ Trainer Assessor Qualification will be available to the right candidate.
PVG Membership is essential.
