Job Title: Support Assistant

Salary: £25,461 - £29,507 (Band A) per annum pro rata – pay scale effective 1st April

Working Hours: 28 hours per week

Working pattern: Friday to Monday – April to September / Tuesday to Friday – October to March

Contract: 18 month fixed term (27 March 2026 – 27 September 2027)

Location: Hybrid – National Park Headquarters / Balloch

We’re looking for a Support Assistant to join our Executive & Business Support team. In this role, you’ll provide efficient, customer‑focused administration and communication support for the National Park Authority, with a particular emphasis on weekends throughout our busy visitor season. You’ll also play a key role during the winter months, working front‑of‑house to provide essential administrative support and ensuring visitors and communities continue to receive timely, accurate information and advice across multiple channels—including phone, website, and social media.

What you’ll bring:
