Join the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland as a Senior Manager and play a key role in protecting people’s rights and improving care, treatment and support across the country.
You will lead and line manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee investigations and casework, manage the geographical area visit programme and work closely with NHS Boards, local authorities, HSCPs, Scottish Government, scrutiny bodies and third and independent organisations. We are looking for an experienced registered social work practitioner, with an MHO qualification who has significant operational management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for high‑quality, rights‑based practice.
