Young People's Sensory Service Co-ordinator

NESS is the leading local provider of services for people who are blind, Deaf, or have hearing or sight loss.

Due to re-organisation, we are seeking to recruit a Young People’s Sensory Service Co-ordinator

You will bring imagination, enthusiasm and leadership to NESS’s highly successful Young People’s Sensory Service (YPSS), delivering activities for young people who have vision and/or hearing loss in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire & Moray, helping them build confidence, independence and ambition.

You will hold a relevant professional qualification at SVQ level 3 or above and have a minimum of two years’ experience working with young people in a professional capacity.

Based in Aberdeen, this is a Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire wide post which is partly funded by BBC Children in Need and The National Lottery’s Young Start programme.

All posts at NESS require membership of the PVG scheme and a disclosure check.
