Administrator (Corporate Services Team)

The Scottish Information Commissioner enforces and promotes freedom of information (FOI) law.

Working in small team, you will be responsible for a range of administration and support tasks, the smooth functioning and provision of the operational systems of the Commissioner and providing a support service to the public and to colleagues.

You’ll bring:

• good writing and communication skills, including the ability to write for, or speak to, a range of audiences and the ability to work with numbers and statistics
• good interpersonal and team-working skills
• good time management skills
• a commitment to providing a high-quality service
• the ability to take on a variety of tasks in support of the Corporate Services Team
• education to Higher level/SVQ 3 or equivalent or have equivalent experience, skill or knowledge

• starting salary - £30,360 (gross p.a.) (FTE) on a scale rising to £32,818 (gross p.a.) (FTE)
• work location in St Andrews, Fife
