We’re looking for a highly organised and reliable assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Assurance team. In this part-time position you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, maintaining accurate records, coordinating workloads, and acting as a central point of contact. Working closely with a small, supportive team, you’ll help ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate electronic files, records and databases
- Preparing and managing correspondence, including sorting and assigning incoming mail
- Managing team task queues and distributing casework across the Assurance team
- Acting as the first point of contact, handling calls and enquiries
- Inputting and managing data, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets and running reports
- Supporting diary management and scheduling within the team
- Scanning and organising documents into case files
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and keyboard proficiency
- Experience or understanding of filing systems and diary management
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and a reliable, methodical approach to work
- The ability to work as part of a team and follow processes effectively
- To be currently studying (or due to start) the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
