We are currently seeking to recruit Compliance Administrator (Grade 3) within the Assisted Person Investigations (API) department of our Operations Directorate.

About the role

The job holder will be providing support to the Compliance Officers in the Assisted Persons Investigations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out early reviews on representations we receive in respect of a legal aid application and making decisions as to whether these should be taken forward. They will be responsible for engaging with a number of third parties such as DWP, HMRC, employers and banks as part of their investigations. They will be required to take ownership of the decisions they make as to whether matters are pursued to a full investigation.

This post is permanent on a full time basis.
