Do you have a passion for making a difference to peoples’ lives and delivering excellent customer service? Do you want to work for an award winning, progressive housing association; helping deliver our Business Vision of Great Homes, Great People, Vibrant Communities?

Based in Cumnock, Shire Housing Association manages 961 properties across East Ayrshire, and we are offering an opportunity to join our staff team as a Housing Officer. The role provides a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with commitment, energy and ideas to develop and progress their career with the Association.

Ideally, you will have housing management experience and a working knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice. Working in our busy housing management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused services to a “patch” of our homes with duties including allocations, rent arrears’ prevention and recovery, estate management, tenancy support and tenant participation. You must be a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders helping us deliver the Association’s Business Vision.

We offer excellent EVH terms and conditions and a pension scheme. If you wish to apply for this post, please download the full application pack (No CV’s accepted) from our website – www.shirehousing.com (Housing Officer - Shire Housing)
