St Mary’s Kenmure is a secure care facility that provides a controlled, safe and supportive environment for the care and education of young people referred from the Courts and Children’s Hearings, welcoming young people from across Scotland.

Each young person is entitled to and will receive a high standard of care from a team of experienced and qualified staff who strive to meet their needs and ensure their health and safety. We also offer a wide range of academic and vocational subjects to allow our young people to learn and develop during their stay, along with a variety of recreational facilities including a seven aside football pitch, gymnasium, fitness suite and a swimming pool.

For the role of Residential Child Care Worker we are looking for a dynamic, inspiring individual to join our team. You must have a range of both Professional and Personal qualities. You must be self-motivated, work well in a team, with an ability to work independently. Being open minded and having the ability to listen and be sympathetic is crucial to this role. We are looking for someone who has the strength to cope with challenging situations. You must also be registered with, or eligible to be registered with the SSSC.
