We are recruiting a Team Leader with customer service experience, preferably within a contact centre environment. Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic 24/7 customer service centre, you will co-ordinate a range of services across all Group customer transactions, for customers, owners and potential customers.

You will be part of the Team Support pool and together you will ensure services are delivered to a high standard and are indicative of our accredited status and standards. You will directly lead and support a team to deliver excellent performance results in a high-volume ‘Think Yes’environment.

You will implement effective resource planning, forecasting and resource management to meet the needs of our changing customer demand. You will have a strong and instinctive customer focus and will facilitate an empowered environment by embedding a ‘one and done’ and ‘right first time’ culture as well as coaching and mentoring a team towards positive customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday with some occasional evening, weekend and public holiday working. In addition, the post holder will be expected to take part in the Group’s out-of-hours on call service every six weeks.
