We are recruiting Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex medical needs in their own homes, mainly across Clydebank and Alexandria. Applicants must have at least 1 year's UK healthcare experience and SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent/higher). Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

We are currently recruiting Complex Carers to join our Care at Home Team in the West Dunbartonshire area.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex medical needs, supporting them to remain at home and live as independently as possible.
Previous experience in complex care or Care at Home is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Experience in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, epilepsy or behaviour management would be an advantage.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's healthcare experience in the UK
- Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or a higher/equivalent qualification
- SSSC registration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care
