About the role
You will provide high quality business advice to local businesses through telephone, video calls, email, face to face meetings and the delivery of workshops. Based in Argyll and Bute, you will mostly be working from home with regular travel across Argyll and Bute to support clients and meet partners and colleagues.
About you
An outgoing and professional manner with a customer orientated approach is essential. You must be able to demonstrate that you understand the needs of small businesses and have a track record in providing impartial, practical advice to help small business owners to start up and develop their business. You must be a confident presenter, both on and offline, with excellent questioning and listening skills.

Interview date
Interviews will take place on Wednesday 5th March 2025 in Lochgilphead. As well as an in-person interview, we will ask candidates to deliver a 10 minute presentation (topic given in advance), complete a 30 minute financial information exercise (brief issued on the day) and meet the rest of the team.
