As a Compliance and Regulatory Officer, you will oversee a number of processes utilised by all Council services and in particular act as a contact for statutory and regulatory tasks, initially within the Compliance and Regulatory Team, in terms of developing the Council’s approach to how the Council deals with Information requests, Corporate and Social Work Complaints, Data Protection issues including analysis of service compliance with statutory obligations and policy/procedures and the promotion of excellent service delivery across the Council in these areas.
