The Division leads on programmes including the Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal, Forth Green Freeport, Tax Increment Finance, Corporate Property Modernisation and Learning Estate Development. As part of the property modernisation agenda a new post of Learning Estate Co-ordinator within the newly established Corporate Asset Management and Climate Change Team has been created.

Reporting initially direct to the Head of Service and collaborating with Children’s Services Senior Leadership team we are seeking an experienced modernisation programme professional who will lead on the review of the Councils Learning Estate.
