Could you be our next Personal Assistant for our Chief Executive?

In this role you will provide high‑level, proactive executive support — ensuring the smooth running of the Chief Executive’s priorities through expert diary management and bring forward system, correspondence handling, meeting preparation, and the delivery of a professional, efficient and confidential secretarial service.

What we are looking for…

The ideal person for this role will be organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. Key skills and attributes:

  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to draft correspondence and responses where appropriate
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience using MS Office and working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to take accurate minutes and produce high‑quality documents
  • Ability to research and draft short briefing notes
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and provide a high standard of customer service
