The Admin Co-ordinator is a key member of the Investment Team and plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of City Building's Investment Programme. You will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the Planning Implementation and Management Support System (PIMSS) and associated administrative functions, ensuring completed works are accurately recorded, validated, financially valued and processed within agreed contractual timescales.
Working closely with operational managers, commercial teams, finance colleagues and client representatives, you will support the effective management of valuation activities, performance monitoring and financial governance processes. The role is fundamental to ensuring the timely recovery of income, maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with contractual, financial and audit requirements.
You will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the administration team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed, service standards are maintained and business objectives are achieved. The role also involves investigating and resolving administrative and valuation queries, producing management information, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Admin Co-ordinator (Investment) will be an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of administrative processes, financial controls, data management and performance reporting within a busy operational environment. You will possess experience of valuation and validation processes and a detailed understanding of the importance of accurate financial information, governance and compliance activities.
You will have experience co-ordinating administrative activities, manage competing priorities and ensuring information is processed accurately and in line with organisational procedures, contractual requirements and audit standards. You will be comfortable analysing information, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to maintain data accuracy and service performance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills together with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. Experience of supporting or co-ordinating a team, producing management information and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will be highly beneficial.
You will demonstrate a proactive and customer-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve demanding deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.
