About the Role

The Contracts Manager plays a critical role within the GCC Maintenance Division of City Building, overseeing the planning, delivery, and financial management of the R&M, Project, and PPM programmes, ensuring they run efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations. As the Contracts Manager you are responsible for managing resources, budgets, audits, performance/KPIs and health and safety compliance while maintaining excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships. It also requires strong communication with clients and stakeholders, accurate reporting on performance and profitability, and contributing to business growth through improved processes and new opportunities. The Contracts Manager will drive operational efficiency, monitor financial performance, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the GCC Maintenance Division through innovative service delivery, business development, and strategic planning.

What You Will Bring

The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills with a demonstrable track record in service delivery. You will lead and support operational and administration teams, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service. You will have a strong commitment to personal and team development to improve operational efficiency. You will be confident in developing business plans to drive continuous improvement and drive growth within the GCC division. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
