About the Role

As a Glazier within our Repairs and Maintenance team, you will undertake all glazing works to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with current building standards, health and safety legislation, and company policies and procedures. We are seeking an experienced Glazier with significant experience working within a customer-focused repairs and maintenance environment. You will demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality service and consistently achieving excellent standards of workmanship across both programmed and emergency works. You will possess a strong working knowledge of a wide range of window systems, including UPVC frames, and be able to identify and work with different glass types. Experience of impact-resistant glazing and the ability to cut glass on site are essential requirements for this role. You will be responsible for ensuring all materials, plant and tools required to complete works are available, maintained and replenished as required, while maintaining accurate and auditable stock control records. Adopting a "right first time" approach, you will carry out all work safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. A strong commitment to health and safety, exceptional customer care and respect for customers' homes and properties is essential. You will ensure all works are completed professionally and in accordance with required standards, delivering an outstanding service experience for our clients at all times.

What You Will Bring

The successful candidate will be an experienced Glazier with a strong customer-focused approach and a proven track record of delivering high-quality workmanship. You will be proactive, solutions-focused and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a multi-trade team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain positive working relationships and consistently deliver work safely, efficiently and to agreed timescales. A commitment to customer service excellence, health and safety, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism is essential. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
