Essential
Educated to HNC or SVQ3 level in business administration or related subject and extensive experience working in an administrative role, managing a team, scheduling/monitoring work. It is essential the jobholder has competency in literacy and numeracy skills, such as an education to Higher standard including passes in Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
Experience:
Essential
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of and experience in using education/financial databases
- Considerable previous office experience, preferably in an education environment, demonstrating supervisory, organisation, budgetary and communication skills is essential.
- Ability to prioritise and organise a range of tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service and/or reception experience
- Previous financial and or budget/ management experience.
- PVG Membership (Children)
Desirable
Previous experience in developing and implementing new ways of working including implementing new systems and procedures utilising new technology.

Based on you working 18 hours over 39 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £13,040.25 per annum.
