Job Vacancy
This role will provide essential administrative support to the busy Wellbeing Team and will work across a range of projects including Midlothian Active Choices exercise referral programme, the Ageing Well project and the Best Step Forward programme, while also providing support to the Access to Midlothian card scheme for Sport & Leisure services as a whole.
The post holder will be a key point of contact for customer enquiries and experience of working in a customer facing administrative role would be an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE:
Evidence of competency in literacy and numeracy skills such as a minimum of three standard grades level 3 passes or above to include Mathematics and English or equivalent is essential. (SVQ 2 or equivalent is an acceptable alternative). Some practical experience or demonstration of competency in the use of word processing and standard PC software packages is also essential.
Demonstrable competency in keyboard and clerical skills are also required; SVQ 2 or equivalent is an acceptable alternative.
Experience in a similar office environment, with a working knowledge of modern office equipment is desirable.

Based on you working 21.6 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £14,776.12 per annum.
