Are you a creative marketer with a passion for storytelling, digital campaigns and making a real impact?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Gateway Lanarkshire team as a Campaigns Coordinator, leading the marketing and communications activity that helps local businesses start, grow and thrive.

Reporting to the Enterprise Development Manager (Business Gateway), you will manage a Marketing Assistant and drive creative, results-focused campaigns that showcase the value of Business Gateway Lanarkshire, grow audience engagement, boost event attendance and generate leads from businesses across North and South Lanarkshire.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will create compelling content, manage social media and digital channels, develop PR and case studies, coordinate events and campaigns whilst working closely with the business advisers, partners and stakeholders to showcase business success stories and promote support programmes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised communications professional with experience in marketing, PR, digital communications or events. You'll be a confident communicator, a creative thinker and someone who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns that deliver results.

Educated to Degree/HND level, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline, candidates should have significant experience within communications, marketing, PR, digital or events environment, delivering successful campaigns and communications activity.

In return, you'll join a dynamic and supportive team operating a flexible hybrid working model, based at the Dalziel Building in Motherwell.

Work pattern:

35 hours per week - Monday - Thursday: 08:45 - 16:45 (including a 55 minute unpaid break)

Friday: 08:45 - 16:15 (including a 50 minute unpaid break)

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
