We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a proactive approach to work who are committed to providing a safe environment to residents and visitors to North Lanarkshire and who enjoy working as part of a team to respond to a variety of circumstances.
Within our Community Safety facility, you will provide line management support to the CCTV Monitoring Officer and Response Advisor teams. You will provide assistance to retailers, partnership agencies and various other stakeholders and undertake duties identifying and reporting faults (including attendance at service meetings) as well as assisting with access and security to the building. You should have a flexible approach to dealing with circumstances of a sensitive nature.
Customer service, confidentiality and excellent communication skills are essential for all Deputy Supervisors and you should have experience of working as part of a team. Knowledge of North Lanarkshire geographical area and CCTV systems is essential. You will be required to work in a secure, controlled environment, have the ability to liaise with various council departments and partner organisations.
There may be a requirement to cover various areas across North Lanarkshire Council.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain an SIA Licence which includes a full police check, this will be arranged shortly after commencement in post.
A Disclosure Scotland check will also be carried out.
Working pattern:
4 days on / 4 days off
- 2x dayshift 07:00hrs - 19:00hrs,
- 2x nightshift 19:00hrs - 07:00hrs
