Post 1 & 2 – Aquatec, Motherwell

Post 3 – Ravenscraig, Motherwell

Post 4 – Sir Matt Busby, Bellshill

Based in one of our venues, within the North Lanarkshire geographical area, you will be responsible for the safety and conduct of customers in the gym, carry out induction training for new users and will complete and promote personal training options to members.

A Personal Trainer Level 3 certificate from a recognised REPS accredited governing body and experience of working in a gym environment as well as previous personal training experience are essential. A First Aid certificate is desirable. A pleasant manner, good physical fitness and excellent communication skills are of prime importance.

As a requirement of these posts, the successful candidates must obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) membership through Disclosure Scotland.

These posts are temporary until 31st March 2025.

Work patterns available will be discussed within interviews, but please note the post within Sir Matt Busby will be weekend hours.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
