What’s the role?
This role involves providing a wide range of application development and support services to our clients and in the delivery of projects. During this 18-month apprenticeship you’ll work alongside the Business & Digital team with a focus on Low Code, No Code, web forms, statistical customer data management, and application testing and the required approach is that of agile DevOps and includes the support and delivery in Low Code and No Code platforms, such as Drupal CMS, MS Power Platform and ServiceNow. As part of this apprenticeship, you will undertake an SCQF Level 8/ SVQ Level 4 in Digital Technology Technical and gain valuable work experience in a fast paced, dynamic sector.
What do I need?
We do look for you to have a desire to learn and develop your own digital skills and be enthusiastic about supporting digital projects with technology. Some previous work experience is desirable. You’ll need 4 National 5s, including English and Maths (Band A-C) at National 5 level or higher at band A-C, and have an IT/ Computing related subject too. We look for Apprentices who can help us deliver our exciting ambition and plans for North Lanarkshire and during the selection process we’ll look for you to demonstrate the key strengths we know you’ll need to be successful; ambition, determination, adaptability, personality, ownership, be pro-active and show willingness to learn.
In accordance with Government Guidelines, you’ll need to be aged 16-24 (at the point of starting the apprenticeship) or if you are disabled or care experienced, you’ll need to be aged between 16-29 (at the point of starting the apprenticeship).

Payment Information
SVQ Level 3/4– 16-17 year - £6.40 per hour
SVQ Level 3/4 – 18 -20 years - £8.60 per hour
SVQ Level 3/4– 21+ years - £11.44 per hour
