NLC9 £34,926 - £40,695 (Pro Rata) 17.5 hours
We are seeking a confident and experienced individual to join our locality based social work team to manage and co-ordinate the business support functions across a range of teams including reception services, children and families, adult social work services, justice services, management support and finance.
You will provide advice and guidance to managers in relation to all Council financial procedures and policies. You will also provide and ensure appropriate systems for the supervision and development of staff, develop and maintain information technology requirements and monitor, control and assist in the preparation of budgets as required. In addition, you will prepare management information as required including statistics, reports and analysis.
An SVQ Level 3 / HNC or equivalent in a business-related discipline, extended administrative experience, including supervision of staff is essential. Extensive knowledge of developing IT systems and processes is also essential.Working here at North Lanarkshire Council
