An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, organised and motivated individuals to join Adult Health & Social Care within the Planning, Performance & Quality Assurance service.

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the North Lanarkshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCNL) Strategic Plan, with a particular focus on digitisation and the ongoing development and management of our social care case management systems.

As a Resource Worker, you will contribute to the development, monitoring and review of social work recording practices and support the implementation, development and maintenance of case management systems across Adult Health & Social Care. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure systems and processes support effective service delivery and positive outcomes for individuals.

Applicants must have the ability to audit and analyse data from systems currently used across the council for Health and Social Care for the purposes of service improvement, and have excellent IT skills.

You will require excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and experience of working across services and inter-agency working. You must hold and HNC or SVQ 3 in Business Management, Administration, Information/Digital Technology or equivalent.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
