An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to become part of the technology team within North Lanarkshire Health and Social Care.

This is an exciting and challenging time to join a key service at the forefront of delivering care to people in North Lanarkshire where through the technology team, you will be at the forefront of assisting our communities and other areas of the organisation to promote and embed tech into all aspects of assessment and planning.

We are committed to innovative and highly personalised approaches, if successful you will be central to our assessment and care management services with a lead responsibility for the provision and promotion of independent living, consistent with National, Council and Service policies, procedures and practice. Your role will also contribute to the development and implementation of relevant statutory plans, including service policies and procedures, you will liaise with other services, agencies, service users and carers to contribute to the identification of need. In addition, you will undertake assessment and planning with people affected by/living with ill health, disability, long term conditions and general ageing to provide profession specific information, advice and interventions.

Applicants must have the ability to audit and analyse data from systems such as Microsoft excel to assist in the delivery of key performance indicators.

You must hold and HNC or SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, Business Management, Administration, Digital Technology or equivalent.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
