Resource Worker, Performance, Quality Assurance 35 hours

We are currently recruiting a Resource Worker to join the Quality Assurance team at Health & Social Care Headquarters. The Resource Worker will support the team with the on-going monitoring, development and compliance of quality assurance frameworks, processes and procedures that will enhance the provision of assurance and governance activities, across a wide-ranging Quality Assurance portfolio.

You will work across a wide network of agencies, both internally and externally, to support monitoring and evaluating effective service provision that ensures good outcomes for people across our communities. Supporting the performance oversight of commissioned services including procurement and contract monitoring, risk and complaints management are key parts of the role.

The post presents an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a professional manner, can work to deadlines, has good IT skills and excellent communication skills.

To apply you require to hold an HNC or SVQ3 in an equivalent discipline and have knowledge and experience of working in the social care sector.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
