You’ll be part of a supportive, customer‑focused team working together to help residents access their entitlements and to ensure the council tax bill is collected fairly and accurately. This role is based between the Civic Centre, Motherwell and home, operating under our hybrid working model.
Depending on your placement, you will work within either the Benefits Service or the Revenue Service, playing an important role in providing high quality, frontline services.

An IRRV Revenue or Benefits Technician qualification or equivalent, experience using Open Revenues software, processing claims and a knowledge of document image processing would be desirable.
