We offer a generous package of terms and conditions, including an excellent annual leave entitlement, and the chance to gain valuable frontline experience with a large public-sector employer.

North Lanarkshire is Scotland’s fourth largest local authority and is ideally located in the heart of the central belt, with excellent transport links. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about making North Lanarkshire a great place to live, work, learn, and visit.

If this appeals to you, an exciting seasonal opportunity has arisen at Burngreen Park, Kilsyth

About the Role:

  • Supervising attractions such as trampolines, bike parks, tennis courts, and putting greens
  • Issuing tickets and providing customer service to park users

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a long work history. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience dealing with the public (e.g. retail, hospitality, volunteering)
  • Has good communication skills, polite and courteous with a responsible, friendly approach
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is physically able to carry out manual tasks, with experience of manual handling of heavier types of material or labouring work
  • Has an awareness of health and safety (desirable)
  • Has an interest in gardening or horticulture (advantageous, but not essential)

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.

This post is temporary until 28 September 2026 inclusive, working an average of 34 hours per week on a rota system which includes weekend working.
