We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Airdrie Community Mental Health Teams within North Lanarkshire.

If successful in your application, you will be joining a supportive service line management team, providing professional advice, support and strategic development.
The successful candidate will undertake day to day operational management and professional leadership of local mental health services. You will be responsible for ensuring the team are working cohesively with both internal and external partners and that all relevant protocols and guidance are followed, ensuring we continue to deliver an efficient, effective, well organised and responsive service.
To undertake this role, we are looking for someone who has the right attitude and abilities to successfully lead, develop and motivate a team. Someone who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving and reflective skills and can manage multiple demands effectively.
Applicants must hold a CQSW/DipSW, BA (Hons) in Social Work or equivalent and be a qualified Mental Health Officer. Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and significant post qualifying experience (including inter agency working) are also essential.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
