About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating seamless employee experiences? Join our People Operations Team as a Service Advisor, where you will play a vital role in supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
As part of our dynamic Employee Service Centre, you will help deliver a high-quality, efficient HR transactional service, ensuring everything from recruitment to leavers is handled accurately, professionally, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle in line with procedures and service standards
- Support recruitment activity from advert to appointment, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR processes, policies, and timelines
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR/payroll data
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Support audit, compliance, and continuous improvement activities, including digital transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR, administration, or a customer service environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and adapting to digital processes
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- National 5 qualification (or equivalent); HR qualification desirable

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
